Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and the operator of Zenit (zenit.app). By creating an account, signing in with a third-party provider, or otherwise using the service, you confirm that you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use Zenit.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Zenit, or the digital consent age set by your national law if it is lower (for example 14 in Spain, 13 in many other jurisdictions). One account per person; do not share credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, that exhibit fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or that we are required to suspend by law.
The Service
Zenit is an astrological intelligence platform that calculates natal charts and planetary transits using Swiss Ephemeris, and generates textual interpretations through a Large Language Model running on Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service combined with our own knowledge graph. The service is delivered on a best-effort basis and may evolve, add features, or retire features at our discretion. We will give reasonable notice before retiring features that materially affect existing paid users.
Accounts and Credentials
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for every action taken under your account. Birth data is collected only when you choose to provide it; please provide accurate values, as inaccurate data produces meaningless interpretations. You may delete your account at any time from /settings; deletion is processed after a 30-day cancellation window described in the Privacy Policy.
AI Interpretations Disclaimer
Astrological interpretations generated by Zenit are computational outputs produced by an AI system querying a knowledge graph. They are provided for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only. They are not professional advice of any kind — psychological, medical, financial, legal, or otherwise — and must not be relied upon as such. The AI may produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or contradictory outputs. Do not make important life decisions based solely on Zenit's output. Zenit makes no claim about the predictive validity of astrology and provides no warranty as to the truthfulness of any interpretation.
Acceptable Use
Do not use Zenit to harass other people, to attempt to extract our prompts or the contents of our knowledge graph at scale, to circumvent our rate limits or billing, to upload illegal content, or to misrepresent the output of the agent as the work of a licensed professional. We may rate-limit, throttle, or refuse service to traffic that we reasonably believe is automated abuse.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenit is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) €50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Consumer Rights (EU/EEA)
If you are a consumer resident in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from a paid subscription under Directive 2011/83/EU. By starting use of the subscription before the 14-day period expires, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal will be lost once we have begun performance. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer protections under Spanish or other applicable EU member-state law.
Intellectual Property
The Zenit platform — including its knowledge graph, prompts, algorithms, source code, and interface design — is the intellectual property of its operator. Your account credentials, birth data, chart calculations, and chat conversations remain yours. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to process this content solely to deliver the service to you, evaluated and revoked according to the Privacy Policy. Astrological interpretations produced by the agent are derivative outputs we make available to you for personal, non-commercial use; you may store, export, or quote them freely.
Free Tier and Paid Plans
The free tier includes basic natal chart calculation, daily transits, and a limited number of AI queries per month. Paid plans unlock additional features and higher quotas as listed on /pricing. We may modify plan features, quotas, or prices with reasonable notice (typically 30 days by email). Price changes do not apply to subscriptions already paid in advance for the duration of the prepaid period. Cancellations, refunds, and pro-rated reimbursements are governed by the Refund Policy at /refund.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Chile, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will first be addressed by good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 60 days of written notice, it will be submitted to the ordinary civil courts of Santiago de Chile, except where mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence grants you the right to litigate in your home courts and under your home law — in which case those rights apply.
Severability and Entire Agreement
If any clause of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force and the unenforceable clause is replaced by one that approximates the original intent within the limits of the law. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and the Sub-processors list, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zenit on the subject matter they cover and supersede any prior written or oral representation.
Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, network outages affecting Microsoft Azure or other essential sub-processors, governmental action, war, or large-scale public health emergencies. We will use reasonable efforts to mitigate and to restore service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service as the product or the law evolves. We will post the new version on this page with a refreshed effective date and notify registered users by email at least 30 days before any material change takes effect, giving you time to review and, if you wish, close your account before the change applies to you.
